By Telegraph—Prms Association. Dunedin, this day. Speaking at Balclutha last night, the Hon. Thos. Mackenzie announced that for the first time in its history the business of the New Zealand Post and Telegraph Department exceeded a million sterling. For the year ended March 31st the total revenue was £l,037,25.0, which might be. increased by foreign accounts to come in. This was an increase cf £75,000 on the previous year's total.
