De P artn »ent will be open in all branches excepting money order and savings bank, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. only. All mails will be made up and despatched at 7.45 a.m. There will be no delivery by the let-ter-carrier. The Telegraph Department will open tn?lT- t 0 10 a ' m - and '««n 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. from 9 am. to 10 a.m., and from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.
