GRICEDALE SCHOOL.
ANNUAL PICNIC AND SPORTS. The annual picnic and sports in connection with the above school. will be held on Wednesday next, 20th insfc, in Mr Peake's paddock, at Wattleby' A strong committee of ladies and gentlemen was appointed at a meeting held recently to carry out the necessary arrangements. The day's amusement will be followed by a social and dance in the schoolroom, commencing at 8 p m., to which the price of admission will be Is for gentlemen, and as several of the leading vocalists of Cambridge have kindly promised to contribute items, a good evening's enjoyment is anticipated by the residents of the district.
