WAIKATO TROTTING CLUB MEETING. [by telegraph.] Special to the Independent.] Hamilton, This Day. The first meeting of the Waikato Trotting Club, held yesterday, was most suecessful in every respect. The following are the results. Maiden.—Mark Scott 1, Dorothy Dean 2, Te Huia 3. Summer Handicap.—Kirikiriroa 1, Agnes 2, Torpedo 11. 3. Waikato Handicap.—Rosebud 1, Eureka 2, Young Salisbury 3. Hamilton Trot.—Kirikiriroa 1, Little Dick 2, Viscount 3. Claudelands Handicap,—Eureka 1, Rosebud 2, Robex 3. Farewell—Kohire 1, Little Paul 2. Black Diamond came home first, but was disqualfied for galloping.
