SUDDEN DEATH,
(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. Christchurch, This Day. Joseph Tanner, a single man, aged 60, a bootmaker fell from a bicycle in the street last night, and was picked up dead. It is supposed he had a weak heart. DEATH OF AN OLD COLONIST. Napier, This Day. A cable advice received announces the death at Sanremo, Italy, of Canon St. S Hill, who was vicar at Havelock in 1879. He was the first Anglican clergyman in' charge of Napier Parish, holding the position from 1860 to* 1865. WIRELESS TELEGRAPHY. Wellington, This Day. The Cabinet has decided to suspend for six months negotiations re wireless " [ telegraphy, in order to give the Premier an opportuniiy of enquiring into the latest developments when in England.
