DISASTROUS, EXPLOSION. (PER PRESS ASSOCIA'IiU.N). Received January 22, 7.48 a.m. NEW YORK, January 21. A truck of gunpowder at Pan ford, Indiana, exploded, wrecking a passenger train on a siding. Nineteen parsons perished, some being cremated. Thirty were/injured. RAILWAY COLLISION. New York, January 21. A railway collision occurred during a fog near Fowler's, Indiana, and fifteen persons were killed. MORE EARTHQUAKES IN RUSSIA. St. Petersburg, January 21. Earthquakes have occurred at Elizabepols and Sakhalf. STORMING A SEMINARY. Paris. January 21. Three hundred persons resisted the attempts of- the troops and gendarmes to expel the inmates of the Semunry Beaupreau. Stones were thrown and wounded a colonel and others, thereupon the gates leading to the garden were dynamited, and the seminary stormed and captured one hundred and fifty were injured. Twelve were arrested.
