FENCOURT DRAINAGE BOARD. NOTICE is hereby given that under the, 81 provisions of “The Land Drainage Act, 1904,” and “ The Rating Act, 1894,” the Fencourt Drainage Board intends to make and levy a general RATE of Six Farthings in the £ on lands classed as receiving or supposed to receive immediate and direct benefit from drainage works ; One Penny in the £ on lands receiving less direct benefit therefrom; One Hale-penny in the £ on lands receiving an indirect benefit therefrom ; as per classification list. The train which usually leaves Prankton for Te Awamutu at 2.30 p.m, will start from Hamilton at 5 p.m., and will run through to Te Kuiti. A train will leave Hamilton for Cambridge at 5.15 p.m. BY ORDER.
