FENCOURT DRAINAGE BOARD. NOTICE is hereby given that under the, 81 provisions of “The Land Drainage Act, 1904,” and “ The Rating Act, 1894,” the Fencourt Drainage Board intends to make and levy a general RATE of Six Farthings in the £ on lands classed as receiving or supposed to receive immediate and direct benefit from drainage works ; One Penny in the £ on lands receiving less direct benefit therefrom; One Hale-penny in the £ on lands receiving an indirect benefit therefrom ; as per classification list. Such rate to be for the year ending 31st March, 1907, and be payable in one sura to the collector at his office, Vic-toria-street, Cambridge, on the Ist day of March, 1907, where the rate book is now open for inspection. NEW ZEALAND RAILWAYS. AUCKLAND SECTION. ' -HAMILTON REGATTA, SATURDAY, JANUARY 19th, 1907. HOLIDAY Excursion Tickets, plus Is on each ticket for admission to Regatta, will be issued to Hamilton from Thames, Waihi, Cambridge, Auckland, Onehunga, Te Rulin', and intermediate stations, on SATURDAY, January 19th, available for return till Monday, January 21st. A, Special Train, stopping where required, will leave Auckland for Hamilton at 6.45 a.m., Newmarket 6.56, arriving Hamilton at 11,25 a.m. Return Special will leave Hamilton at 5.30 p.m., reaching Auckland at 10.10 p.m. The usual afternoon Prankton-Paeroa train will leave Pranktou at 4 p.m., Hamilton 4.35 p.m., arriving Paeroa 7.15 p.m. This train will connect at Paeroa with trains to Thames and Waihi. The train which usually leaves Prankton for Te Awamutu at 2.30 p.m, will start from Hamilton at 5 p.m., and will run through to Te Kuiti. A train will leave Hamilton for Cambridge at 5.15 p.m. BY ORDER.
