APOLOGY. I JAMES COURT, of Cambridge, } Draper, desire to express my sincere regret to Mr J. McNamara for having recently written and published in my window a libellous placard wherein I imputed to him a partiality in the carrying out of his duties as Inspector under “ The Shops and Offices Act,” and also expressing the opinion that he had a pronounced bias against me, and other statements. And I further state that I had no grounds for publishing the said libel, and the same was utterly untrue, and I hereby thank him tor allowing me to publicly withdraw the said libellous statements and for not proceeding against me, and I will willingly pay all costs, charges and expenses he has been put to in connection therewith.
