QUESTION HY THE MEMBER FOR WAIKATO. By Telegraph.-Special to Argus. Wellington, Thursday. Mr Young asked the Minister of Justice what is the position of those members of the Civil Service .who have appealed against the positions assigned to them in the classification list issued by the Commissioner in October, 1913; and can any definite assurance be given the appellants as to when their appeals will be heard. Hon. A. 1.. Herdman replied that the Hoard ol Appeal is still hearing appeals, and it is understood it expects to complete the work in the departments other than the Post and Telegraph Department by the end of July. The Post and Telegraph appeals will follow immediately-.after-wards.
