ANNUAL TRAINING CAMP. In connection with the annual training camp, the Battery will parade at the gun-shed, Knox street, on Friday, May Ist, at 8.30 a.m., in full marching order, with slouch hats, to proceed to Hautapu for the annual training from May Ist to May 9th inclusive. Attendance at camp is compulsory. Each member must provide himself with blankets, brushes, towel, soap, change, of clothing, good boots, shaving gear, cleaning materials, knife, fork, spoon, plate and mug. Ground sheets will be issued, but straw will only be given to those who provide themselves with an empty palliase or scrim bag. All baggage must be plainly markei with owner's name and be at the gun shed by 8.30 a.m. on May 1. It is suggested that members notify their employers of the camp dates immediately, so that employers may have time to make arrangements to let members away. "G' Battery will have attached to it during the camp the Brigade Ammunition Column, which will constitute the left section of the Battery. The oiiicers and N.C.O.'s of "G" Battery will therefore be distributed as follows:—Battery Commander, Captain E. H. Northcroft; Battery Sergt.-Major, Sergt.-Major Speight; Battery QuartermasterSergt., Q.M.S. Jonnson; Sergt, Farrier, Sergt. Farrier Wilson; Right Section: "A" Sub-section, No. 1, Sergt. Kelly, Corpl. The General Officfr Commanding has decided that as Territorials are not always in a position to pay for their requirements in boots and blankets purchased from store, and that as it is the desire of the Department to give every facility to Territorials to procure such articles, especially regulation boots, arrangements have been made so that boots and blankets may be charged against camp pay, and for this purpose a requisition form has been devised for use at the forthcoming district camp, tne same being obtainable from Lieut. Beck, in charge of Camp Ordnance Depot. It should be particularly noted that the maximum amount permitted to be charged against the camp pay of any one individual should not exceed 20s. The following acting appointments have been made:-—Sergt. Speight, Battery Sergt.-Major; Corpl. Sare. Sergeant; Corpl. Johnson, QuarterMaster Sergeant; Corpl. Shoeing Smith Wilson, Sergeant Farrier; Gunners Heenan and J. A. Holden, Corporals; Gunner Mclndoe and Driver A. Henry, Bombardiers.
