TO PROPERTY OWNERS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

We have pleasure in thawing attention to the fact that Mr ,1. 15. Scott and Messrs llawke and Armstrong Hamilton, are amalgamating,

1 and it is their intention to carry on | their auctioneering business in their | Ward street property, while the ' office at present occupied by Mr ! Scott, situated in Victoria street (op- '' posite the Library), will be used exclusively for theii land business. As both firms aie weil known, we anticipate a prosperous future for them. They have secured the services of that well-known auctioneer, Mr Jack McKeee. Everybody in the Waikato knowi the capabilities of this gentleman as an auctioneer, and it behoves all those who wish to secure good prices for their goods to give the new linn an opportunity of proving their worth as auctioneers. In regard to the land business, it is a well-known fact that the two linns Which have amalgamated have been doing a very extensive business in selling and exchanging land, and it will pay those who have not already placed their property in their hands for sale or exchange to do so at once, as the business will be run on up-to-date lines. An inspection will be made of each property placed in their hands, and a louring agent will be employed for the benefit of whom it may concern. AH those who have business dealings with this linn can be assured of satisfaction, as they make it a point that once a client always a client. An advertisement on behalf of the new linn will appear in this papei in the course of this week, and it will be beneficial to all those who wish to have any dealings in land, or anything to be auctioneered, to read same.
