A REVENGEFUL FOREMAN
Received 8.55 a.m., sth. St. Petersburg, 4. A foreman in the Shrapnell Tube Section at the PutilorT works, actuated by vengeance for a private grievance, killed Captain Vonstahl, the Director of the section, with a crowbar. He then committed suicide by jumping into the electric machinery.
