LUNATIC WITH REVOLVERS. FOUR KILLED, SEVENTEEN WOUNDED. Received 5.5 p.m., 22nd. Berlin, June 21. An insane man named Schmidt entered the Roman Catholic school at Bremen, and shooting wildly with revolvers, killed three girls and a master, and wounded ten girls and live boys. He first entered a room containing 65 girls, and firing his pistols, kilted tliree girls and wounded ten. A schoolmaster, who was present, leaped upon the man's back, but Schmidt fied, and he fell mortally wounded.

Schmidt then ran into the playground, where he fired among the boys and wounded five. An infuriated crowd chased and caught the murderer, whom they beat into insensibility before the jK>lice could rescue him. Six revolvers were found in Schmidt’s possession. CLOTHED IN CARTRIDGES.
