Welsh Disestablishment (DEMONSTRATION IN LONDON. Received 9.25 a.m,, 23rd. London, June 22. The Bishop of London headed a demonstration of 150,000 London churchmen in Hyde Park on the Welsh Disestablishment question. Received 10.20 a.m., 23rd. London, June 22. Nine hundred and twenty-two London and district parishes were represented at the meeting in Hyde Park, which was preceded by intercession services in the chief churches in connection with the Welsh Disestablishment. The Bishop of Bangor and Saint Asaph headed the Welsh delegates. Addresses were delivered from twelve platforms. It was resolved that: “We will not have our church dismembered and four dioceses disendowed.
