JACK THE RIPPER.
Received 8.45 a.m., 9th. Paris, February 9. A French “Jack the Ripper” is terrorising Paris. Six men and boys have been murderously attacked with a big knife. The assailant is supposed to be a madman. There were no attempts to rob the victims.
