AUCKLAND MARKETS. By Telegraph.—Special to Argus. Auckland, Last Ngiht. Messrs Alfred Bucidaiid and Sons report: - At Remuera yesterday dairy cows sold freely, bringing £3 10s to £8 10s, according to age and quality. A few stores were yarded which kept recent values. Fat and young calves short of requirements, sold freely from 2s to £2 17s Gd. Less than the average of fat cattle came forward, all of nice quality and prices were steady at recent quotations; ox beef bringing to 2Jd per lb.; and cow to 18s per 1001b. Steers ranged in price from £6 10s to £9 17s Gd; cow, £3 10s to £6 2s Gd; sheep penned in moderate numbers and were in slightly better demand, wethers selling from 12s Gd to 17s; ewes, 9s to 14s 9d; lambs, Gs 3d to 11s Gd. Pigs: Small. 7s Gd to 10s Gd; porkers, to 30s; baconers, to £2. All swine were at lower values. Poultry, Is Gd to 2s Gd.
