Killeymoon Swell's dam, Meg, by Bedouin, is recognised to be one of the best thoroughbreds that ever stood in Rangitikei. Galantine is the first registered hackney that ever came to the North Island, and, coming as he does from heavy prize-winners on both tides, he is stamping his stock as a purebred hackney should. Killeymoon Swell comes from famous jumping strains on his dam's side, and has already shown his desire to follow in the footsteps of his ancestors. He is particularly well grown, and has any amount of style and action, combined with first-class feet and bone of the best quality.
