TXTAIPA COUNTY COUNCIL. Public Notice is Hereby Given that a MEETING of the WAIPA COUNTY COUNCIL will be held at the Council Chambers, Ohaupo, on TUESDAY, December Bth, 1908, at Noon, for the purpose of CONFIRMING the following SPECIAL ORDERS made at a Special Meeting of the said Council held on Tuesday, November 10th, 1908: RANGIAOHIA RIDING LOAN, In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901," the VVaipa County Council hereby resolves as follows: — That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a Loan of £3OOO authorised to be raised by the said Council under the above mentioned Act for the purpose of Grading and Metalling Roads and Erecting a Bridge in the Rangiaohia Riding, the said Waipa County Council hereby makes and levies a Special Rate of l-(jthd in the £ upon the rateable value of all rateabli property of the Rangiaohia R ; ding; and that such Special Rate shall be an annual recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the. Ist day of February and the Ist day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 2t> years, or until the loan is fully paid.off. ;. MANGAPIKO RIDING LOAN, £2500. In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by "The Local Bodices Loans Act, 1901," the VVaipa County Council hereby resolves as follows: That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a Loan of £2500 authorised to be raised by the said Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of Grading and Metalling Roads in the Mangapiko Riding, the said Waipa County Council- hereby makes and levies a Special Rate of l-6th d in the £ upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Mangapiko Riding; and that such special rate shall be an annual recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the Ist day of February and the Ist day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, beine; a period of 26 years, or until the loan is fullv paid o!F.
