Obituary.
London, June 3. The Jdeath is announced of General Sir Redvers Buller, commander of the forces in Natal during- the Boer War. Pretoria, June 3. Mr Botha has condoled with General Buller's family. Mr J. PI. Smuts, on being interviewed, said he regarded General Buller as one of the hardest fighters, and the criticisms of his campaigns against the Boers were not justfied.
