The Muretania's Record.
London, June 3.
The great Cunarder Mauretania, using only three screws, completed the "long cruise" from New York in 116J hours, beating the previous record by 4J hours. The Mauretania has now satisfied the Government conditions, and the Gunard Company will now receive the subvention offered by the Govrnment towards the cost of her construction.
