The Now Zealand Company's steamer Kaipara is to go out into the stream to wait for orders. It is stated that if the price of wool had remained up there would have been a rush of wool for the steamers, but, as the result of the drop in price, growers are not anxious to get their wooi on the Home market at once, and, consequently, a considerable quantity is being diverted to sailing ships, while Steamers which have been provided with accommodation to carry wool, will now have to lay up ujryil cargo accumulates.
