WEDDING BELLS.

A wedding which occasioned a good deal of interest eventuated on Thursday afternoon at the residence of the bride’s parents, Ngaruawahia. The parties were Mr F. A. S. Germann, son of Mr F. C. Germann, of Paterangi, and Miss H. AY. Paterson, eldest surviving daughter of Mr T. Paterson, of Ngaruawahia. The bride was attended by Misses J. W. Paterson, G. Germann and Vera Paterson (neice) as bridesmaids, while Messrs C. Germann and E. E. Paterson acted as groomsmen. The Eev. E. Adams, of Hamilton, oiliciated. The bride was tastefully attired in a dress of white silk, bodice with invisible front and trimmed with chiffon, skirt with ecru insertion, and wore the orthodox wreath and veil. The bridesmaids all wore pretty white lawn dresses. After the ceremony a large number of guests were entertained to a wedding breakfast, when the usual toasts were honoured. Later on in the evening the newly - married couple drove off to Frankton, their future homo. Being very popular, it is needless to say they were the recipients of a largo number of useful and handsome presents, several substantial cheques being amongst them.—(Own Correspondent).
