St Petersburg, January 25, The rebels in Livonia are now dispersing. Overawed by the strength of the military forces sent into the province, and by the rigour with which disorder is suppressed, they have surrendered their leaders, who at once were court-martialled and shot. St. Petersburg, January 26 Reuter’s St. Petersburg correspondent states that the revolutionary movement in tbe Caucasus is declining. A congress of Polish revolutionists, held in Finland, resolved to discountenance revolutionary action until April 14th, when they will resume the struggle, aided by the peasantry.
