PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that a MEETING OF RATEPAYERS of the Kihikihi" Town District will be held at the Town Board's Office, Lyon Street, Kihikihi, at 7.30 p.m.. on MONDAY. 21st September, 1903, to CONSIDER THE PROPOSAL of the Kihikihi Town Board to engage in the following undertaking, to wit : To purchase part of Allotment 167 of the Town of Kihikihi as a site for a TOWN HALL, and to erect thereon a building to be used as the PUBLIC OFFICE OF THE BOARD and a HALL for the purpose of enjoyment und recreation at an estimated cost of £7OO, and tn enable it co do so, to BORROW A SUM OF £7OO at a rate of interest not exceeding £5 per centum per annum upon the security of the revenues of the said buildingand of a SPECIAL h ATE of One Half-penny in the pound on the rateable value of all ratenble property in the Kihikihi Town District.
