BOWLING.
Thk bowlers rolled up well on the Cambridge green on Saturday afternoon, and the following games in the handicap singles, for the trophy given by Mr Crosher, were played : R. Carr (tcratch) defeated T. Richards (scratch) by 20 to 15. J. Ferguson (4) defeated R. T. Tudehope (10) by 30 to 26. J. Youuk (2) defeated A. Deverell (4) by 27 to 15. The following games were also played : R. J. Roberts and T. Richards 32, v. A.Deverell and R. Carr 15. L. Isherwood and A. Wallace 24, v. M. Dixon and H. J. Davys 13. J. Young and J. A. Lea 27, v. G. E. Clark and W. Wright 14. Mr F. O'Toole finds the duties of secretary aud green superintendent rather too much, so he has resigned the former, and Mr Isherwood has taken the duties over.
