MURDERS BY NATIVES. Sydney, April 21. News has been received from German New Guinea that iho unlives attacked the station of a trader named Rudolph Wolff, and murdered Mrs Wolff, an infant, and a black nurse. The police pursued the natives. They cajilured 10 and killed 00. FURTHER DETAILS. RISING OF NATIVES FEARED. Sydney, April 21. When the relief party reached Wolff’s house they found everything smashed and a number of black labour boys desperately wounded. Mias Coe, residing at Wolff’s, was struck with a tomahawk, but a Solomon boy displayed conspicuous bravery and rescued her. Ho also prevented the murderers from burning Mrs Wolff’s body. Many of Wolff’s labourers are still missing, and it is feared they have boon killed and oaten. A general rising of natives is anticipated, and a, large force of black labourers have been armed to meet any emergency. The massacre occurred at New Britain, not New Guinea.
