Messes Alex. Aitken (Limited) Report.—We report a satisfactory business during the week. Table potatoes are iu short supply, values in the South aro firm at late quotations, new kidneys Shepherd's coming forward slowly, cereals and maize are in better demand at a alight advance. Oat*: The market is unchanged, fowl wheat scarce, bran and sharps lower, onions very searce, new cheese is selling well and wanted, butter no change. Eggs are in good demand at an advance on last week's rate. Fruit good supply of imported apples with moderate demand. Poultry : There is a good market for table fowls and roosters. Turkeys, in condition, sell well. Ducks lower. Pics ia good supply, prices satisfactory.
