All ponies must be measured at 10 a m. ou morning of meeting. The winner of Okoroire Handicap to carry 71b penalty in any other race. All protests to be in the .hands of the Secretary not later than ten minutes after the race, accompanied with a , deposit of £1; which will be forfeited by depositor if the protest is not sustained. All entries will be subject to above conditions, and the decision of Stewards in any dispute shall be final.
