(ISV TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION). Christchubch, This Day. During the progress of a fire at Sydenham, an engineer named William Abbott, of tho Christchurch Fire Brigade, fell down in a fainting fit while driving the engine, and expired without regaining consciousness.
