A number of anarchists have been arrested for plotting against Prince Albert, of Belguini, who brought his newly wedded wife, Duchess Elizabeth, of Bavaria, to Brussels yesterday. The affair caused a great sensation. The men include one of Sipido's acquitted accomplices.
