FREEZING CHARGES ON BUTTER.

A circular has been issued by the Department of Agriculture notifying that shippers of butter will be required to pay 2Jd per s(ilb towards freezing charges,* the whole of which hues hitherto been borne by the Department, it will be collected by the freezing companies fiom shippers.
