A NAVAL RESERVE.
(by electric telegraph—copyright). London, July 1. In the House of Commons Mr Goschen said the Government .vould gladly utilise colonial seafaring population, but the present suggestion for the establishment of a colonial naval reserve contained insuperable difficulties.
