AC C 1 KA T N 0 TI c k MR R. F. BANDES, Public Vaccinator for the Hamil ton District, Will attend at the PHARMACY, Vi< torh-stieet. Hamilton West, EVER' TUESDAY, for persons resident ii Hamilton. But for the convenience of those livin; AXDKS, r Vaccinator.

N ° T ' c E " Since IS7S i have controlled the business affair:; ami politics of The Waihato Times, and for the last: nine years my name has appeared on the imprint as the Proprietor. Believing myself, under, my arrangements with the laic Mr F. A. Whitakcr, to be not only morally. but also legally, the Proprietor of that paper, I have devoted mi) money and best energies to developing the property and securing for The V/aikato Times the position it has attained in the district. I am now informed that the Bank of New Zealand Estates Company {Limited), from whom I leased the building and plant, hold a mortgage from the former Proprietor of the paper, which enables them to sell, not only the building and plant, but also the trade rights. I have therefore ceased to issue The Waihato Times, THE WAI KA TO ARGUS is a newspaper of which I am the absolute Proprietor, and it will advocate the same principles, and be issued and conducted in a l l respects in the same manner as the paper I have hitherto issued ; and I ask the advertisers and subscribers who have heretofore supported me in connection with The Waikato Times to extend a like kindly support to THE WAIKATO ARGUS. GEORGE EDGECUMBE. Proprietor of The Waihato Argus.
