ACCOM MOD A TUN ALTERED EXTENSIVELY. Following the reconstruction, which was earned out in 1935, of the first class accommodation on the C deck of the Canadian - Australasian liner Aorangi, advantage has been taken of her overhaul, which is ,ow fak progress, at Sydney, to make extensive improvements in the first class cabins on tho two lower decks, D and*" E, so as to bring them into keeping with the remodelled accommodation on the upper decks. Practically all the rooms on these two decks have been reconstructed, either having been enlarged in, Fine or a reduction made in the number of A)eds or berths, while additional lurnishings have been provided and th© accommodation renovated throughout. As a, result of these alterations the vessel’s first class accommodation will now, in addition to 21 two-bed and 3 one-bed cabins de luxe, include ';5 cabins for one passenger each and a large number of cabins for two passengers.
