PRODUCTION IN BRITAIN. CHEAP OWNER-PILOT MACHINE. (Received Tuesday, 9.15 p.m.) LONDON, October 5. The production of a £195 aeroplane called the * 4 Brawny ” has been begun by a new company which claim that it is the cheapest owner-pilot machine ever built in Britain. It is a singleseater monoplane with a baby car engine, capable of covering 35 to 40 miles to the gallon. The top speed is eighty miles an hour.
