DARDANELLES DEFENCES.
TURKISH REOCCUPATION OF ISLANDS. CONSTANTINOPLE, July 21. The battle-cruiser Yavuz Sultan Selim, formerly the famous German Goeben, steamed out of the Dardanelles at dawn, at the head of a flotilla, to reoccupy the Islands of Imbros and Tenedos. Modern artillery is to be mounted in the old straits fortifications pending the construction of new fortifications.
