NAZI CAMPAIGN IN GERMANY. BERLIN, June 16. Seeking to stimulate the birth-rate, Herr Reinhardt, of the Finance Ministry, Announces State grants of 10 marks a month for the fifth and every additional child under the age of 16 years in families whose income does not exceed 135 marks a month. It is estimated that 400,000 children will be involved, costing 48,000,000 marks a year.
