DANZIG TERRORISED.
ACTIVITIES OP NAZI STORM TROOPS.
LONDON, June 16. The Warsaw correspondent of the "Daily Herald" reports that owing to accounts of a new wave of Nazi terrorism, the Press is urging Poland:' to restore order in Danzig, where many Social Democrats are imprisoned. Dr. Spill, ex-President of the Diet, and Herr Pietsch, leader of the Union of German Disabled Ex-servicemen, have been "protectively" arrested. A Storm Trooper was shot dead during an attack on the home of a Socialist, Weisenthal. The Socialist’s entire family have been arrested. Sixty people were taken to hospital after an attack by Storm Troopers on a Nationalist Party meeting, where many people were beaten. One died in hospital.
