BODY FOUND IN SYDNEY HARBOUR. CASE OF ALEXANDER COLLINS. (Received Sunday, 6.30 p.m.) SYDNEY, May 31. The body of the lottery official, Alexander Collins, was recovered from the harbour near Clifton Gardens, North Shore, a suburb, last night. It appeared to have been in the water for some time.
