REPERTORY PLAYERS.
PERFORMANCES IN MASTERTON. An event that has been keenly awaited for some time by local followers of amateur dramatic work will take place on Wednesday and Thursday of next week, when the Masterton Repertory Players will present their first production, “Where There’s A Will—a comedy in three acts. The association of three well-known amateurs, Messrs C. C. Marsack, T. E. Handcock and J. A. Kennedy, and a strong supporting cast should produce something above the ordinary performance expected of amateurs. Much time has been spent 'in making an effective stage setting in keeping with the play and patrons are assured of a most enjoyable evening. This is the first time for some years that a play of this calibre has been tackled and the public should show its appreciation of the community value of such an effort by giving its support. The box plan is now open at the Arts and Crafts.
