ST. MARK’S CHURCH.
MEETING OF PARISHIONERS. The annual meeting of parishioners of St. Mark’s Church was held in the Parish Hall recently, there being a fair attendance.
The vicar’s annual report indicated that steady work in the spiritual life of the narish had been maintained. The passing away of several useful members of the congregation during the past year was regretted. All voluntary workers were thanked for their co-operation and help, a special tribute being paid to the ladies’ guild and the chancel guild. The following church officers were elected:—-Vicar’s warden, Mr. W. G. Thomas; people’s warden, Mr. A. F. Stubbs; vestrymen, Messrs T .G. Reading, A. E. E. Robinson, C. K. Goodin, L. J. Harding, C. Kitchen, S. Rooney, J. Court, D. Irwin, G. H. Deller, and W. Sorenson.
