PERSONAL.
Constable D. Ellis, of Masterton, left for Christchurch yesterday where his father is seriously ill. He is being relieved by Constable G. Callaghan, of Wellington.
The Rev. G. T. Brown, until recently minister of St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, Palmerston North, and formerly of Masterton, has been travelling and studying in England and Scotland for some months. Last October he received a unanimous call to St Oolumfca’s, Brechin, Scotland, which he accepted, and was inducted in December. Mrs. and Miss Margaret Brown have arrived and have joined Mr. Brown in Brechin.
