DAVIS CUP.
AUSTRALIA v. NEW ZEALAND. MATCH. DOMINION TEAM NOT YET SELECTED. (Received Thursday, 7.0 p.m.) LONDON, March 21. The Australia v. New Zealand Davis Cup match will be commenced at Eastbourne on May 10. E. D. Andrews informed the “SunHerald” that New Zealand will select a lawn tennis team to play against Australia for the Davis Cup after the hard court championships at Bournemouth from*April 29 to May 4. Stedman and Malfroy will probably play in the doubles. Captain V. Cazalet, M.P., who has been elected to represent the New Zealand Lawn Tennis Council, will assist in the coaching and management of the team.
