BENGAL TERRORISTS.
REVOLUTIONARIES DRIVEN INTO ASSAM. NEW SUPPRESSION ACT. CALCUTTA, March 12. All Chittagong youths under twentyfive must carry identity cards and remain indoors all night long, and use no bicycles, under the new Suppression of Terrorism Act. The measures taken in Bengal have driven a number of revolutionaries into Assam, where for some time there has been a serious growth of outrages.
