SEVEN THOUSAND DEATHS IN INDIA. IMPROVEMENT EXPECTED SHORTLY. (Received Sunday, 11.5 p.m.) CALC UTTA, March 10. Seven thousand perished of plague in the United Provinces in two months but medical aid is being rushed to the affected areas. The epidemic is expected to decline by the middle of the month.
