OBITUARY.

MRS. ELLENS HANNA®. The many friends- of Mrs. Ellen Hannah,..wife of Mix Jamas F. Hannah, of Carterton, will regret to hear of her death which occurred on Thursday evening. The late* Mrs. Hannah had : resided 1 practically the whole of her life in the Carterton, district, and was 72 years of age;. She had 1 not enjoyed good health for some time. Besides her husband she' leaves one son, Douglas, of Taumaranui, and two daughters, Mrs. W. S. Nilson, Woodville, and Mrs. Chas; Miller, Carrington. The eldest sow William, gave his life in the Great War, while another son Percy; was killed in a motor accident at Levin a littlfe time back. The funeral is appointed' to leave the residence, High Street, at one o'clock tomorrow for the Clhreville Cemetery. Brethren of Totara Lodge No. 3, U.A.0.D., of which Bro. J. F. Hannah is a very old member, are requested to assemble at the Lodge Room, Belvedere Street; at 12.30 p.m. in order to attend the funeral.
