NEW ZEALAND STOWAWAY IN SYDNEY. SYDNEY, August 25. George William Clarke, eighteen, who was charged with vagrancy, was stated to have landed in Sydney from a tug from New Zealand. The police prosecutor, asking for a remand, said that provision was being made for Clarke’s return.
