DRAMATIC FESTIVAL.
WAIRARAPA ENTERPRISE A meeting was held last evening p£ ; delegates from various play-reading. circles and dramatic societies to organise a dramatie festival in the Wairarapa. The scheme is that teams .enter . a one-act play to be presented in Maaterton in July on one or more eveaings. Several organisations have air ready undertaken to produce plays and : a good entry from schools and dramatic clubs is expected. The following: officers of the local branch to run the J? 8t ‘ val elected: Chairman, Mr. I>. O. Robins; acting-secretary, Mrs. E J. Rich.
