FIRE ON LINER.
JAPANESE STEAMER RETURNS TO PORT. DAMAGE NOT SERIOUS. (Received This Day, 0.30 am.) SINGAPORE, March 14. The Japanese liner, Fushimi Maru, bound for London returned to Penang to-day on account of a fire in the cargo. The damage is not serious. The delay will probably be three days.
