VISITING DOMINION TROOPS IN BRITAIN. LONDON, March 12. The House of Commons, by 157 votes to 30, read a third time the Visiting' Forces (British Commonwealth) Bill. Mr. Boyd Merriman said that the Bill would only apply to forces raised in the Dominions and quartered in Britain, who of their own accord would uphold the honour of the Dominions. The Bill carried out the deliberate wish of the Imperial Conference of 1930. '
